— These Terms govern your access to DFY PH platforms and services operating under Philippine law.
Welcome to Done For You PH (“DFY PH”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platforms and services — including DFY CRM, DFY Payments, DFY Tickets, DFY Affiliates, and related tools — primarily offered to users in the Philippines. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities. Prohibited actions include spam, malware distribution, phishing, payment fraud, evasion of platform fees, scraping without consent, and infringement of third-party rights. DFY PH may suspend or terminate access for violations.
DFY PH (including names, logos, software, templates, and documentation) is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or risk to other users or our infrastructure. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain obligations naturally survive termination (e.g., payment due, IP, and limitation of liability).
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine Law, DFY PH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In addition to your subscription plan, certain Services are billed based on actual usage. Examples include:
Prepaid Credits & Auto-Recharge. Usage-based features may require prepaid credits in PHP. Your balance may auto-recharge when it falls below a minimum threshold. You will receive notifications before auto-recharges and can adjust thresholds in your dashboard.
Rates, Taxes & Changes. Current rates are visible in your dashboard in Philippine Peso (PHP), VAT exclusive unless stated. DFY PH may update rates with at least 30 days’ notice. Detailed usage reports and downloadable statements are available in your account.
DFY PH may modify these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. We will provide notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
